In recent years, some leasing companies, as a means of disguising true costs, have quietly adopted a series of separate fee schedules or charges. Such fees or charges may include one or more of the following:

• Undisclosed Documentation/Processing Fees, or Termination Fees at the End of Lease Term
• Termination penalties (Some Extreme) for ANY Early Open end lease Termination, Prior to Full Lease Term Expiration
• Up to a "90 Day" or more "Rental Overlap" after turn-in of a vehicle being replaced, during the bid/sale period, even though a new replacement unit was delivered to Lessee.
• Clean Up or Re-Conditioning Fees on Open-End Leases, under the guise of "Stronger Marketability", even though the Net Return may be the same or better without the added costs.
• Registration or License Renewal Service Fees.
• Elevated "Turn-In" Damage Estimates (Closed End Leases)
• Undisclosed or Mislabeled "Cap-Cost" Reduction Requirements.

By removing or separating these administrative or "other" costs from their lease rate structures, some may boast of "lower" lease rates; while in reality these fees & costs can add hundreds, or even thousands of dollars to the true cost of each lease. Many competitor quotations showing rates and rate analysis omit these fees & potential costs, attempting to alter the client's perception of the true lease rate.

We firmly believe in "Mutual Trust" with our clients. Our rates are quoted inclusive of all normal services and costs. Any "Optional" services are quoted separately.
